He holds an MSc in Software Engineering from the University of Liverpool and multiple certifications including CDMP, MCSE, TOGAF, and ArchiMate.

Rob is an accomplished Executive Consultant with nearly 30 years of experience helping organizations across industries optimize value through effective information management. Formerly leading Iron Mountain’s Global Information Governance Advisory practice, he enabled clients to maximize value from their information assets. A recognized expert in Information Governance, Rob serves on the AIIM Board of Directors and contributes thought leadership that shapes best practices and innovation in the field.

Anu is a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft with over 14 years in the IT industry. She specializes in building and optimizing Spark applications in Microsoft Fabric Spark and previously worked at Google as a Senior Cloud Engineer. A co-author of “Dataproc Cookbook” (O’Reilly), she has led major Big Data and cloud migration projects. Anu is also passionate about mentoring aspiring professionals and women in technology.

Abhishek is a Director in Deloitte’s AI and Data practice, leading the Data Governance and Master Data Management practice in Canada. He advises and works hands-on with business and technology teams to make data dependable for everyday decision-making through clear strategy, scalable cloud architectures, practical operating models, and streamlined data flows. Albert Guo is a Technology Architect at the TELUS Data & Trust Office and a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario. He leads the design and delivery of metadata-first, privacy-centric integrations that turn policy into automated, auditable controls—enabling teams to scale data use responsibly while managing risk. Albert holds an MASc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from McMaster University and maintains CISSP and CCSP certifications, blending engineering, security, and privacy expertise to build trusted, scalable data solutions.
